what you deserve

Have you ever thought to yourself: “I deserved that.” I am sure you have. I know I have.

You made a misstep, and fell upon some misfortune. You exercised poor judgment and something bad happened. You mistreated someone and they mistreated you back. You made a mistake and now you are paying the price.

Perhaps you did deserve it, but You did not.

True life is not a zero sum game. We believe the illusion. We believe that sometimes we win, sometimes we lose. When we win, someone else takes a loss. When we lose, someone else wins. If we try harder, we might win more often at someone else’s expense. If we do not put in the effort, we might lose more and your “opponent” wins. Sometimes we are lucky and win. Sometimes we are unlucky and lose. That’s what the world we know tells us, all part of the dream we are trying to wake up from.

Can we not see how absurd all of this is? No one can navigate this, nor should they try. Yet we do, day after day.

The path to prosperity is harnessing the power such that you all those around you gain. That is the infinite within you.

There is no loss. If there is, it is not real.
